Contact UsMission and impact
Across our communities, women run petty trading businesses that quietly hold society together. From market stalls to roadside food stands, they work every day to support their families and contribute to their communities. These hardworking women are not just traders; they are providers, builders and pillars. Through their activities, mouths are fed, tuition fees are paid and children are cared for thus preserving generations.
The Aminatu Shaibu Foundation exists to ensure women can access learning, mentorship, practical resources and supportive community networks that help them grow with dignity and confidence. Our work is shaped by listening first, acting responsibly, and building trust with the people we serve.
From literacy support and mentorship to giving initiatives, wellness outreach, and safe learning spaces, we focus on interventions that respond to urgent needs while strengthening the long-term resilience of women, families, and local communities.
